Will I require planning permission?
If your desired porch covers less than 3m² in floor area, and is more than 2 meters from a boundary which fronts the road, you should not need planning permission or building regulation approvals. Our surveyor will be able to answer any queries you may have.

As all of our products are bespoke and tailor made, the length of time will vary according to your requests. Below is a list of our products with their average wait times (from order to installation):
